AS1-X 10K Production Packer

  • The packer can be set in tension or compression depending on the application.
  • It can be modified to be run on electric wireline using standard setting tools.
  • It can also be supplied in a shear release configuration if needed.
  • Standard setting and releasing methods incorporate a ¼ turn to the right at the tool.
  • The internal by-pass equalizes pressure across the packer to reduce any tendency to swabbing.
  • Use of the T-2 disconnect feature eliminates the need for expensive seal assemblies.
  • Rated to 7,000psi at 300ºF with elevated temperature capabilities up to 425ºF with choice of appropriate elastomers.

HS-1 Hydraulic Production Packer

  • Suitable for single or multiple packer completions.
  • All components are locked to prevent premature setting during run in.
  • Set by hydraulic pressure from surface against a plug or ball and set below.
  • Once set the release shear mechanism is unaffected by differential pressures.
  • A pressure balanced system offsets pressure reversals.
  • Released by a straight pull.

Forum Pack

  • Designed for use in vertical, deviated or horizontal well completion applications.
  • Bi-directional slips prevent any movement after setting.
  • An internal locking device maintains pack off.
  • Retrieved by a straight pull shear release using a Forum Pack retrieving tool.
  • Retrieving tool has an emergency shear release feature in the event that the packer does not release.
  • Available with materials and elastomers suitable for standard or sour service.
  • Rated at 10,000psi and up to 425˚F with Special Ecner Array elastomers.

TL-Perma Pack Seal Bore Packer

  • Electric line set, hydraulic set or mechanical set
  • Components keyed for milling
  • Anti-extrusion rings expand to casing I.D. to prevent rubber extrusion
  • Designed to accommodate competitive seal bore accessories.
  • Full circle slip allow for fast run time

Hydro Perma Pak

  • Hydraulic-set, by tubing pressure applied to a temporary plug set below the packer.
  • No rotation is required to set.
  • The anti-extrusion back-up rings expand to full casing I.D. to provide positive retention of the packing element.
  • A larger diameter upper seal bore accepts an anchor seal assembly to maximize thru bore.
  • Packing element options are available for high temperatures and H2S/CO2 applications.
  • Seal materials such as Kalrez, Aflas, Viton, Teflon, Ryton, HNBR and Nitrile are available.

DB Perma Pak

  • Can be set on electric line or hydraulic setting tool.
  • The anti-extrusion back-up rings expand to full casing I.D. to provide positive retention of the packing element.
  • A larger diameter upper seal bore accepts an anchor seal assembly to maximize thru bore.
  • Packing element options are available for high temperatures and H2S/CO2 applications.

Scorpion Packer

  • Setting on electric wireline, using the combination of a power charge and a pressure setting assembly, enables the packer to be accurately located in the well by correlation with well logs.
  • Allows placement of the packer in a much shorter time than tubular conveyed methods.
  • Simple and fast installation process.
  • Releasing the tubing from the packer requires only a ¼ turn at the packer.
  • The seals are retained in the overshot rather than exposed as in standard seal assemblies.
  • Available in sizes 4-1/2” thru 7” and a standard pressure rating of 10,000psi.
  • Available for standard service with Nitrile packing elements.
  • Available for sour service with an Aflas Ecner array packing element.
  • Stinger can be supplied with a variety of profiles for landing plugs etc.
  • Full circle slips allow for fast run in time.

T2 On/Off Tool Stinger

The T-2 ON/OFF TOOL STINGERS are used to disconnect the tubing string from a packer. The stingers are used with the T-2 Overshot and are available in a variety of profile types, sizes and from a broad range of material types. 

T2 On/Off Connector

  • Fully field tested and proven bonded seal system
  • Designed for strength and durability
  • Stinger profile nipple can be supplied as specified by client.
  • Available in metallurgy to suit standard, sour and high temperature applications.
  • Can be supplied shear pinned in the up or down position
  • As an alternative a spring loaded design is available.

Telescoping Swivel Joint

  • Available in N-80 or L-80 material as standard, premium materials supplied on request.
  • Available with API threads as standard but premium threads can be provided as needed.
  • Nitrile seals are supplied as standard but premium seals are available as required.
  • Standard telescoping length is 24 inches.

AS1-X Anchor

  • Based on proven ASI-X Packer design
  • Can be set with tension for shallow well applications
  • Can be left in tension, compression or neutral
  • 1/4 turn right-hand set, 1/4 turn right-hand release
  • Additional J-Slot configurations available
  • Adjustable emergency shear release
